I know, now it seems I’m all about mixes. This was one leftover from vacation. My grandma bought a Glutino White Cake Mix. My mom whipped it up. It was easy and there, so we had it =D.

What it’s like:
It was a nice cake. In terms of gluten free, it was good. The only thing was that compared to a normal cake, it was a little dense. Thats fine. It was kind of pound cake-y. Very Good.
Why I ate it:
It was there, gluten free and tasted good.
Other Stuff:
It was amazing with whipped cream and fresh peaches and fresh blueberries. I would definitely do that again. mmm
