I love watching as my childhood friend starts her climb to stardom in the food world.

I love the fact that she’s too modest to call it “stardom”.

I love reading her Tweets–while I’m busy updating a meagre handful of people on my bizarre paranormal theories and unexpectedly obscene google search results, she’s busy sharing her warm, peaceful and compassionate nature with hundreds of others, via snippets from her everyday life that are simple, poetic and profound all at once.
