That's funny... it's also my three-year anniversary this year, although I didn't actually start following my diet until about a year ago. I remember how challenging it was to quit cold turkey in high school, when school lunches rarely offered g-free options and I was the only person in my circle of friends who had food allergies. Luckily, I discovered this thriving community of bloggers who shared their experiences and made it easier for me to feel good for the first time in a long time. Thank you to all of the bloggers who made these recipes for GAHIGF month! I can only hope to have half of these delicious dishes pass through my kitchen.
