Hope you turn the corner on this exhaustion/illness soon.
I always look forward to the cookies, our Ukrainian feast on Christmas Eve, and Christmas morning tree bun (sorry, totally full of wheat).

Hi Lauren! You're in my thoughts - I hope you get well soon. I know how frustrating it is to be sick and not know what is wrong exactly. Just take it one day at a time! As for food, I've been dying to try the millet biscuits and will do so very soon. :) Thanks for the lovely pictures and the recipes!

I'm going to try the millet biscuits soon. Everything else looks wonderful, too. Take care of yourself, little one. There's nothing that needs to be done today that can't get done tomorrow!

Awww. Feel better Lauren! You gave us a ton of great options on this post, and wrote about how wonderful Thanksgiving was. I'm not sure why, but somehow I personally feel honored that you celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving in my adopted home town of San Francisco (even if it was a purely coincidental in conjunction with BlogHer Food).

Now go get some rest!

I really hope that you start feeling better soon!!

As fake/cliche as it sounds, I am really looking forward to seeing my family over the holidays. I feel so distanced from them lately. Second to that is definitely stuffing, though. NOM!
