I rarely have marshmallows, but I bought some last month for a recipe and now have half a bag. Thank you for this recipe because now not only do I have a plan, but this will nick my cookie craving in the bud. Yum.

Oooh these look great! My husband has a thing for marshmallows too, so I know he would just love these cookies! I don't know if we have gluten free cornflakes here but we def. have GF coco pops which I think should work when I give this a try…yum!!
