I was looking for a recipe to use the quinoa flakes that are in our cupboard and happened upon your blog. Using your recipe as a guide, I proceeded to cook my quinoa in rice and coconut milk. It worked out quite well... now all I need is a drizzle of honey or agave nectar. Next time I will make sure to have some dried fruit on hand. Yum!
