Hi Lauren- Congrats on 6 months gluten free. A friend of mine is/has celiac so I will be stopping by in the future for some recipe ideas for next time I have her over.

My sister was just diagnosed with gluten and dairy allergies (so far) – there is such an awesome community out there with a wealth of so much yummy food to share, it’s just awesome

That is awesome! I’m only 3 months in, and feeling so much better (most days). Seem to have more joint pain the last while though, which shouldn’t be happening, I’m only 31. Congrats on your 6 months though, it’s not THAT hard, eh? Just stinks when you can’t eat out. I found a GREAT bread recipe though, so I don’t feel I’m lacking that way.
